We were parked by this shop and noticed a few people waiting to be served so we thought we’d have a look. Well it was certainly a nice ice cream and big enough to share. There is a good selection on the menu with all sorts of yummy flavours to choose from. It’s also a very popular place which is a good sign. It’s only open on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday so worth noting for the future when I visit again.

This was gosh darn delicious!! Biscoff cheesecake!! Great service also, this cheesecake was that good that I ate it in the rain! 🤣

Absolutely love this shop, just did a nice big order which was done in good time...couldn't take a photo as they weren't so pretty by the time we got them home. They were so tasty...you never disappoint. Lovely people...thank you so much 😍

If your looking for a sweet treat then get yourself down to The Ice Cream cottage!! If you haven't yet tried the smartie pie then I suggest you do it was to die for! :) Great customer service nothing is too much trouble and overall it's a fantastic experience and reasonable prices too compared to some places which has nothing on The Ice cream cottage 😁 Highly recommend and will definitely be back 😁 ❤️

Regular visitors for the best part of 2 years and never a disappointment! They offer a huge range of desserts and vegan options are a must for our allergy child who so often has to miss out 🙂 Their weekly specials are usually nothing short of amazing and are all home made. Staff are lovely and always happy to help, always worth a trip come rain or shine.

Have visited a couple of times. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Wide variety of ice-cream. Will definitely be returning!

Lovely local business best chips and dips I've had in a long time and then an amazing ice-cream sundae. Thank you for the added sparkler for my Birthday. Such a lovely gesture. Will definitely be back.....probably at the weekend!!! X ❤

They do some hot food, but the indulgent treat market seems to generate the business. They are clearly giving the public what they want. Works well under COVID restrictions too. They are deservedly busy.

Visited today for the first time, friendly service, the lady engaged well with the children. We parked at the back of Avon for free but there is a pay and display next to the ice cream cottage, think it was called hoppers or something. Ice cream very yummy. Gave my son an extra doughnut as he doesn't eat ice cream.

A cosy and very welcoming little side street tea shop. The food was tasty and substantial with that home cooked feeling. Very easy to access the riverside walk from with a pay and display car park just across the way.
