We have had two family funerals conducted by Malcom J Presland (soon changing its name to A V Band) and I would recommend them without hesitation. They are good people to deal with either via the phone or in person, they understood our hopes and wishes and got everything dealt with pleasantly and efficiently at a busy time of year. There was some difficulty with the (centralised) Dignity Funerals digital service which put the map marker in the wrong place and initially resisted correcting this small error. After pressure from both us and the branch, they eventually did correct it, a day before the funeral. This was the only wrinkle. Everything else was conducted impeccably, with care, respect and professionalism, and the day itself went very well. Special mentions to Tracie and Liz, and the pallbearing team who welcomed my brother and me to bear the coffin with them.
