We called in on the off chance of getting a car as ours was quite honestly knackered we were offered £50 for it at we buy any car but after finding a car we liked glevum actually gave us £200 part ex. Rikki was superb his sales,knowledge and altogether helpful attitude made us feel completely at ease with our purchase.Thank you Glevum and of course Rikki

Very friendly and honest staff. Some cars are a bit pricey but others are fair. Offer a good guarantee

We called in to get some water when our 22 year old Corsa overheated due to its Water Pump failure the owner was very helpful and obliging suppling us with some water, it enabled us to get on our way home.

I bought a Nessun Micra from Glevum cars recently and am very happy with it. I didn't really know what car to choose but was aided by extremely helpful staff and shown a good selection. All staff were courteous and knowledgeable and the after care service was excellent. I have recommended them to friends and will definitely be using them again.

BEWARE: I would give one star if I could - please read before viewing any of their cars! I have never written a Google review on anything before but had such a bad experience I feel compelled to warn others...
We went to view a 2009 Suzuki Swift about a week ago. First of all, when we arrived the employee didn't know where the car was, had to look at his CCTV for ages before he found it. Turns out it was tucked away and surrounded by other cars to the point where it was really difficult to look at.
He claimed that people had come to view the car the day before and had told us in an email that they had test driven it. It was instantly clear that the car hadn't been moved or driven in a long time as it was very rusty everywhere including the wheel nuts and brake discs - when we raised this with him he claimed that it had only been parked there for a week. He also then contradicted his email by saying that it hadn't been test driven the day before as soon as he realised we could tell he had lied.
The front bumper was severely cracked, which we weren't notified about prior to visiting. The front number plate was smashed, the inside of the car clearly hadn't been valeted as it was an absolute mess (even had muddy marks on the back of the passenger seat headrest!).
Then we opened the bonnet. The inside of the car was even messier than the outside, rusted everywhere and there was an obvious slow oil leak. Also, a bit of a minor detail, but the keys he gave us didn't work properly and needed a battery change - not overly important but definitely didn't help with their professionalism.
When we had a chat with him after looking at the car, he quickly became very defensive. He tried to convince us we wouldn’t find another car like that one for that price - he wanted more than £1500 higher than the car's actual value. For a 15 year old car in such poor condition the car was way overpriced. We were told that any repairs (aesthetic or functional) would not even be considered unless we actually bought and paid for the car, which we believed to be a little unreasonable considering it obviously couldn't pass an MOT in its current state.
Although disappointed at the state of the car compared to the information that was given to us via email, we voiced our concerns in a calm and polite manner and were met with arrogance. Overall, a terrible experience that left us feeling misled and highly disappointed.

I have to say Iv not had a better experience ever, their sales and aftercare was incredible. They weren’t pushy, but in-fact assisted me with making the correct choices on a few purchases. The salesman…Rikki was very helpful, especially with choosing the right car for my teenage son. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I shan’t be going elsewhere for future purchases.

Horrific experience with this garage. We are currently in the process of taking them to court. This garage has tried to pull every scam in the book. COUNTLESS problems with my car. The sales manager Rikki also fits the parts. However he is not a qualified mechanic. Thankfully we are aware of our legal rights and know we have a case as stated by trading standards and our solicitor, others may not know.
This garage “fixed” the car with the cheapest(eBay) parts which has been confirmed by our garage. The “fixing” of the car didn’t last 2 days.
Also refused to provide receipts which is illegal. I was also called names by a member of there staff, very unprofessional.

We bought our car from Glevum Cars 3 weeks ago and have been very happy with their service. We did have a small issue with it but it was dealt with really quickly. We cannot thank Ricky enough, and would definitely recommend Glevum Cars

Fabulous dealer. Great service. Great communication. Couldn't fault. Love my new car. Rikki is definitely a top notch guy who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions putting my fears at ease. He is definitely highly recommended from me. The car I originally wanted was sold by the time I arrived but Rikki took note of my preferences and 2 weeks later hey presto I am now driving my new car.
