I am looking to upgrade but reading the reviews I am having second thoughts on calling into Marquis as its all about aftershaves for me.

Our motorhome had to go in for its annual service, habitation check and MOT and I can say that I was very impressed with the friendly, professional and knowledgeable members of the team that I dealt with throughout. It was great that they were able to complete everything required the same day. I would be happy to recommend Marquis Motorhomes.

Purchased my Motorhome on 10th June, got it home only to discover the fridge doesn’t work. Took it back on the 24th June to be told the fridge doesn’t work. Said they would contact warranty. Two weeks on I have messaged and phoned several times to finally be told I can bring it back for repair in another 2 weeks. That will be 6 weeks of ownership without being able to use it and very little in the way of customer service

Disgraceful service Tewkesbury Bought a brand new motor home 17th April, intermittent brake fault became apparent on day one. Still no satisfactory outcome after almost six weeks!! Very little help or support from Tewkesbury branch, leaving us in limbo wasting our retirement days with all our travel plans on hold. Customer service abysmal. Avoid at all costs.

We are currently dealing with their manager (Andy) who has not listened to our complaint at all about a brand new vehicle which is not roadworthy from day 1 and doesn’t seem to understand the legal rights when there are issues with a vehicle within 30 days. The after sales has been appalling. Would I recommend them not a chance now! We went for a new motorhome with a view to spending all summer in Scotland. After 3 weeks we’ve been nowhere and it really seems like they don’t care at all

Cannot praise highly enough. Peter was extremely helpful showing us the motorhomes we were interested in. No pressure, just let us look around the vans at our own pace and was the available to answer our questions and suggest alternatives. When we rang he was always available to chat or would ring us back if he was busy. Steve carried out a great handover explaining clearly the new motorhome and even answered question when we rang with a problem when we were on a site. Ian and the service team went out of their way to help when we had a little snag. Highly recommended. Thank you for making this an easy process

Would highly recommend Marquis of Tewkesbury. We recently purchased a Elddis 185 motorhome and had our first weekend away in it. What can I say, we love it. 🙂 We're so glad that we went to Marquis in Tewkesbury, the staff there are so professional, knowledgeable and helpfull. Pete dealt with us, such a lovely guy and when we had an issue with the lighting, he got it sorted very promptly with the lovely guy's at their service centre. Really couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Pete and all at Marquis. 👍🏻

Where do I start? I worked as a contractor for Marquis Motorhomes Tewkesbury for over nine years. It was fun at first until the new branch manager came along . He made the place horrible. Most of the top staff left because of his bullying. He is incompetent, and everyone knows it. The service center is in disarray because of the management. Andy runs away from customer which I'd funny because his role is to sort all the complaints out which is 95%? Of customers. I walked out a few weeks ago. I couldn't take it anymore. I was the valeter , and 90% of the vans had rushed cleans because we were always behind. Most had problems, and 95% of the caravan brites never had the roofs polished, and were all rushed as andy thought you could rush a full Polish. I would avoid Marquis altogether, as their work is very poor and rushed. Parts don't get ordered on time, so the customers get even angrier. The sales team are fantastic, and they know how to speak to and treat people. They go the extra distance to help there customers out, amazing team of knowledgeable people. Unfortunately, the branch manager is just a terrible manager who must of lied on his CV to get the managers job. but we were told by a director he was 2nd choice . Moral of the story, don't hire temu managers Stay well clear , plenty of better motorhomes dealers out there

We were at Marquis workshop today having a large skylight replaced, the service was excellent, because it was a big job and took quite sometime Marquis got us taken into Tewksbury and picked up again when our MH was ready. Tom the workshop manager was very kind, polite friendly and helpful making sure that we were happy with everything. Although we were there a long time it was made easier with all the workforce being pleasant and helpful, thank you all. The Shergolds
