This is the second sound system installation into my second Skoda. There is a very good reason why I have gone back to spend over 2k worth of equipment; this is, from my own experience, the most friendly and professional ICE company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I would especially single out Victoria for her faultless organisation and advice but also Ben, the most amiable and competent technician I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. If like me you are cautious about where to spend your £s, don't worry – you will be well looked after and happy you took my advice.

I wanted to use a bricks and motor installer and ideally support local businesses and found Motor Mods. Right from the first phone call they were amazing. Not once did they try to up sell my anything or force me to go with a more expensive unit that what I needed. Their customer service is top notch they were pleasant and polite the entire time, I stayed at the premises and used their lovely customer service area for most of the day. I ended up getting a new Sony head unit for my Audi TT and as a result of the above, have since booked in for even more work. I cannot recommend Motor Mods enough.

Had a strange problem with my alarm system. Motor Mods engineer rapidly identified the root cause. A faulty solar panel had overloaded the habitation battery so it wasn’t holding a charge and alarm was sounding on opening doors. Get your solar panel checked regularly to ensure you don’t suffer same fault!

I’ve used Motor Mods for a few T5 upgrades now (stereo, speakers, roof lining, headlights) and have always found them to be super helpful, reliable and delivering great work. Will continue to use and can highly recommend.

I had a navigation system installed by Motor Mods. They did a great job installing the unit. Unfortunately the unit developed a fault and took a while to diagnose, they did a great job trying managing to diagnose and fix the issue (which ended up needing a replacement unit from the manufacturer). I'll be more than happy to go back to them for any other items I need.... Maybe a dashcam next :)

Motor Mods installed a rear view camera to my Focus ST Line 4 December. Service was excellent, job completed in less time than originally quoted. Staff were friendly and efficient. Waiting area was great comfy seats and drinks. Really pleased with the work done.

Had a retro fit lumbar support fitted to the driver's seat of Mercedes A class. Arranged for it to be done whilst I waited, and was away 15 minutes earlier than quoted. Product is excellent - just as good as a factory fitted unit. I have no hesitation recommending the product or the service.

Motormods were excellent. The show room has a modest range of tech, not too intimidating. Large premises, didn't feel seedy at all. Photos on the wall look like a family business; busy and thoughtful. Clean toilets, free tea and coffee from disposable cups and a strong reception. Good location off the A38.
