Friendly helpful team nothings to much trouble

Well where do I start, on the 10/7/23 I was a woman in need when my son had a small something embedded in his eye. Our registered optician at 9am had no emergency apps left and after being up Tewkesbury high st I ended up here. They were superb, after hearing the issue they squeezed him in, and were so kind and helpful. Unfortunately it was a trip to A&E as it wouldn’t budge, but these O’brien and Wrench lowcock opticians also rang to check on my son that evening. What a service. Thanks so much.

Wonderful caring service, my son needed an emergency appointment and we were booked in and seen within the hour. Graham was marvellous with my son, I was impressed with how relaxed he made my 5 year old during the appointment. The receptionist was welcoming and so helpful from the phone call to the attending the appointment.

They might be slightly more expensive than the well known high street opticians but their service and especially after sales service is far better.

Couldn't ask for a better service. Phoned for some advice and got an immediate reply and advice. Always helpful and very pleasant to deal with- would give the 6 stars if I could! Thank you O'Brien Wench and Lowcock!

I have been going here since I was around 5 years old. The quality of service is brilliant and the staff are friendly. I have never had any problems and my contact lenses always arrive on time.

I’ve been using OWL Opticians now for 3 years now where I’m astounded at their consistent high level of service and professionalism. Wonderful, genuine team and great facilities ... including on-site customer parking. Brilliant at sorting my contact lenses to make sure they’re right for me. Very impressed and thanks.

The optician gave me the wrong prescription, and then had to get my eyes tested again by a different optician in the same establishment. They got my glasses wrong twice on only one lense and refused to believe it was their fault and that it was the curvature of the glasses - which were the most expensive ones they had. My right lense was fine so it cannot have been the curvature of the lense. I'm not returning and I've had to book my third eye test within the last week with a different optician, I personally do not recommend this place.
