Went to them to have my passport verified, they said they could help and took my money. Then I find out that it was turned down, the excuse was they had not dealt with online applications before. So after paying out money I was still left to deal with the problem myself. Complete waste of time, no help at all. But they kept my money. Disgusting how they treat people.
