We have two cats and recently changed our vet in Tewkesbury preferring to go with an independent practice. The reception staff were exceptional as was the Diane the vet. We were unfortunate that our female cat had contracted feline leukaemia, and deteriorated so rapidly that she was put to sleep. unusually, this was carried out in the reception area so our cat was disturbed as little as possible. This process could not have been carried out more kindly and limited the distress for the cat and us. All in all we lost a cat which was a shock but we were grateful for the best experience under the circumstances. Thank you all.

The vet was very talented but the reception staff need to take a few lessons in manners. Each time I contacted the surgery, it was a disappointing experience as reception staff were very rude and blint buy I stayed with them as the vet was exceptional.

The staff are absolutely brilliant. You couldn’t find a more caring dedicated team. The health and well-being of your pet is so important to them. They are reassuring and explain everything to you, always trying to find a treatment that is suitable and doesn’t cost the earth.

Absolutely brilliant. While on holiday our dog needed a scan and found he needed an operation to remove a stone. Diane operated at 11:00 at night and updated us around 01:00 to tell us the news. She even slept on a camp bed in the kennels to look after him. If it hadn't been for her and Wood Vet Hospital in Gloucester we would have lost him. Forever grateful. Thank you Wayne Keniston

I have recently joined Crescent Vets. Sue and Diane were so helpful as I had received confusing info (elsewhere) about vaccines so they researched my query with the manufacturer and explained everything to me. They also provided a free puppy check and trimmed the fur around my puppy's eyes without me having to ask. I would highly recommend this practice - the staff are caring, knowledgeable, and professional 🙂
