We had a nice lunch in a busy cafe. Lots of local people popping in and chatting with the staff.

We went to Carousel after reading the good reviews. We waited ages to be served. People who came in after us were served first. Apart from the lady who took our payment, the staff don’t know how to smile & I would say the lady who took our order came across as rude!

Really lovely little cafe the food was great and so was the service. Both members of staff were so organised and efficient. . Definitely worth a visit.

Great local family run business the have a good selection on the menu. I had a lovely pot of tea and a nice cake to go with it. Very friendly staff and a nice cosy atmosphere too. Highly recommended.

Friendly service. Food was excellent, nice to have hot soup not warm. One of the tastiest coronation chicken sandwiches I've had. Highly recommended.

We shared a cream tea for two with one of the scones being gluten free. Only minor criticisms were that the non-GF scone had cherries in it (not to my taste 🙁) and sugar on top (unnecessary with a good quality scone). Otherwise good.

Me and my partner came here for a Friday lunch, booked a table over the phone and the lady was happy to accommodate ☺️ Our table was ready for us when we arrived, we had a tea for two and some toasties. Absolutely amazing price, only coming to just over £15 for two people. Customer service was great, the whole team are lovely people. One massive selling point is definitely the tea, the cups and tea pot were gorgeous! Thank you Carousel Tea Room, will definitely be returning! ❤️

A delightful little gem we found today. The food and service were superb. Tables were quickly cleared and thoroughly cleaned for the next customer. We had egg mayonnaise sandwiches and coronation chicken sandwiches. They came on granary bread with crisps, a side salad and coleslaw. They were beautifully presented along with our tea in China cups. The pricing was excellent and the restaurant is dog friendly (or at least for a guide dog in training). We will definitely revisit. Excellent cafe our favourite in Tewkesbury. Brilliant service and friendly, polite staff. Great quality and well priced food and drinks. Our 3 children love the cakes, milkshakes and excellent value ice cream trays. Very pretty courtyard and dog friendly too. Amazing cooked breakfast!
