Really efficient in getting viewings sorted and enquiries answered. Ross showed us around a couple of properties. He was honest with us and took note of our concerns. We were able to ask him anything and 9 times out of 10 he knew the answer there and then. He's really personable and we were able to speak to him like a friend; he wasn't just telling us things to get the deal done so it was a really refreshing approach. Helpful, flexible, friendly and understanding. The whole process of applying for a property, to getting the keys was so smooth and stress-free. I had a few small issues that needed fixing in the first month. I received a quick response to my email outlining these small issues and they were sorted in a timely manner. I am very happy in my new home, which I have now been in for about 4 months. I would highly recommend this company.

Charles Carter were the only letting agents in Tewkesbury who had any properties available on the day I went into their offices close to the Cross, they had three. Within minutes I was taken to see the first property and then viewed the others the next day. I quickly decided on a flat in the middle of Malvern close to the theatres right in the middle of the town. A more convenient place to live cannot be imagined. Supermartkets, bookshops, banks, pubs, coffee shops, hotels and restaurants all within five minutes walk, as are the council offices, the tourist information centre and the library. I look out at the hills and one day when I have the energy I will walk along the whole ridge and see the views into Wales. Carters put me onto Vouch who sorted my utilities and found me the best deals going. My only problem has been getting the internet sorted but after several phone calls to Home Telecomm they sent round the right man from Openreach and he has sorted the problem. After a period of two months stress and a wandering existence stretching from the Scottish Borders to Devon I am more than happy with the service that has landed me in Worcestershire on the edge of the Malvern Hills.

Second time I have used Charles Carter to find a tenant and the service on both occasions has been first class! From my instruction, no time was wasted in getting my property photographed and advertised and I was contacted with a list of potential tenants within a couple of weeks. Helen followed up very efficiently with references, contract agreement etc. and my new tenant has moved in - all within a month! Everything you need from a top class Lettings Agency.

The best agents Iv been with in 10 years of renting, reached out to Charles Carter back in September to find somewhere a little cheaper & an estate agents that actually manage the property (previous to going with these I had a awful experience) Katie has been so helpful from day 1.
