My wife went there this week for her 2nd visit and what a difference. First time, polite, friendly, chatty but this time rude, talked Chinese to a man sitting next to her for the whole 30 minutes that she was there. Would not engage with her apart from hand signals, totally unprofessional. She was then offered a loyalty card which she politely declined as she is definitely never going back!

Quick service and walk is available. I feel the speed might be at the cost of taking care of my nails. After a few days my nails started to chip which I've never had before with gel nails.
