Highly recommended. I have regularly been visiting Sadie for weekly massage treatments to help keep tension and injury at bay as part of my very active/sporty lifestyle. She is extremely competent and knowledgeable about what will help treat problem areas session on session and how I need to maintain the progress achieved so our next session shows further improvement. Her approach is not just based on treating what is presented when I arrive, but also about what I have to complete for the remainder of the day and further into my working week. Friendly, welcoming, professional and clearly very passionate about what she does. Excellent all round service from top to toe... Thanks.

Following Covid I went to Sadie for the first time with a very painful back and shoulders. Sadie had a chat with me about my lifestyle before getting to work on my back and literally working her magic! Sadie is very friendly, professional and easy to get a long with. She’s knowledgeable about what she does and what she does is amazing! My back literally loves her! Thank you Sadie!
