Engineer fixed issue with screen and then dealt with another issue that arose during the visit. He then put in an order for another part that he returned with a few weeks later to complete the repair job. Engineer was very pleasant and knowledgeable and happy to talk us through every step. Very happy with his work.

Was super fast, great communication, delivered on Friday, fixed by Wednesday got it back on Friday. Was a monitor repair. Only reason why 4 stars is the monitor came back with one speaker still not working but where I use headphones mostly for gaming its not a massive issue and maybe a wire came loose so can't say. Otherwise monitors working again, brilliant, ignore the 1 star reviews.

What a worst company to deal with. My Philips TV mainboard stopped working so Phillips service centre recommended me to them. I reported the issue in July 2023, they ordered the part, then emailed they have alternative part. When alternative part was delivered, it was wrong one and local TV engineer could not fit it. As it was totally different. When asked the company on advise if they have any instructions how to fit it, they refused and advised only their engineer can fit which call out charges are £156 + VAT plus the parts. Ended up sending the part back and throwing the TV and bought the LG new TV. Plus all of this communication took 4 months, very hard to get the answer. So my best advise Phillips should change them otherwise they will lose them customers and avoid this company at any cost. It will cost you time and money and still you will live with no answers. 0 star from me.

After only a few months of owning it we’ve had lots of software problems on our Phillips tv so they arranged for their repair team (Equinox) to take it to be fixed. The customer service team have been polite but the engineers and delivery guys have been terrible. They’ve had our tv for over a month now with no communication other than to say they would return it after they somehow found no faults… And then when they did return it a few days ago it’s clearly been dropped and/or dragged on the ground at the workshop as the corner is smashed and scratched up, and there’s lines on the screen. The delivery guy pretended not to see the smashed corner and was about to leave but we pointed it out and took photos so it can’t be blamed on us. So they’ve taken it back for more repairs and again no communication about if they’ve even received it.

Paid for tv repair. Still not working. Poor workmanship. Shocking company. Look how there engineer left tv. Gaps all around screen.

Terrible company. Philips should really consider using different engineers. Had a minor repair needing done on TV, the engineer attended and fried the mother board leaving the TV unable to turn on. All full of apologies but took a week to even come and collect the broken TV after saying it would be dealt with within 48 hours due to their own error. TV was collected two weeks ago, no contact from Equinox, they are completely unhelpful when I call and won't provide any estimate of when we get the TV back. Mind blowing that anyone can be this terrible at their job, never mind a whole company.

Dyabolic service from the sales team and whoever assembled the parts for my charger replacement. Waited over 10 working days for delivery to be sent out a charger with no plug. Raised this concern and they did not even reply to me. One of the worst customer experiences I've had!

I really don't understand the shocking 1 star reviews with this company. Today, an engineer came to fix our TV he came and took it apart and explained to my daughter step by step with everything he was doing as she was really interested. He was very precise In what he was doing. Checking everything twice and then once completed he helped my put it back in the wall. I cannot fault the service I received from this engineer. Thank you equinox

An absolute dreadful experience, they were instructed by Philips to fix my tv, sent an engineer out who covertly took a photo of my door without knocking or ringing bell (seriously, I watched him do it!), to then lie and say he tried but there was "no answer". I gave up trying with them after being given the run around for days, not returning calls, hours waiting on the phone. I dumped the TV, only to find that these cowboys cost me over £40 in phone chrages! Philips are also dreadful to deal with, do not go near these scammers.

If it was possible to give a score below zero, I would. If your insurer says that they will use this company for an appliance repair, refuse. They took my appliance for several days. They made unspecified “repairs”, and then returned the item in an unsatisfactory condition. I was very disappointed with their service and I urge all people reading this review to avoid your insurance company using this company for carrying out any repairs on your items.
