The hotel was perfectly situated just off the M5 to break our journey from Yorkshire to Devon. The staff were very friendly with a lovely welcome from Julia (I hope I read her name correctly but didnt have my glasses on) on reception (weds 27/12/23 at 1700(ish). Food in the brewers fayre was just what was needed. Rooms clean & tidy. Thank you!

Bit of a mixed experience. The location was perfect for what we wanted and the room was exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn. We were put on the side next to a busy road, so we did not get much sleep. We also got a food deal, but were not informed how it worked or what was included. The evening meal was not very good, but the breakfast was excellent.

Average hotel for facilities, room smelt a bit damp, food next door in the restaurant was good. |Receptionist was rude and moody, despite it being a quiet midweek afternoon. I would not return, there are plenty of other premier inn hotels in the area that are much better than this one.

The room smelt of drains. The receptionist said it was the cleaning materials used. It wasn’t. Finished eating main course at 7.30 and eventually I asked for dessert at 8.10. Breakfast had no mushrooms or plain yoghurts.

Everything was a 10 out of 10: Welcome by reception was lovely.|Bedroom,bed, bathroom - spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable. Couldn't fault anything. Breakfast was good and great value for money. Definitely will call again.

We were very impressed with the hotel, charming staff, very clean and great for the occasion! The Brewers Fayre next door was basic, but very good! We will most definitely stay again as it’s reasonable and close to family!

You know what you're going to get with a Premier Inn, a nice big, clean room. Good bathroom and a comfortable bed. Added bonuses were a quiet location, in spite of being really near a motorway junction, a friendly welcome and a good Brewers Fayre next door.

Good location coming off the motorway. Large car park area 3 blue badge spaces. Recommend hotel. How ever the restaurant was not up to standard cold meals and returned to the kitchen.. next meal was eatable. Never experienced this before in any of the premier Inns we have stayed in.. If the meal is not to standard then we all should voice our concerns . How else is it to improve.. Please take notice. Rooms: Room was clean and tidy fresh.. Very good house keeping.. Well done..
