Update April 2024: Two years on and I still love my Campervan as much as the day I bought it. Despite having clocked up over 100,000 miles, which admittedly is hardly high mileage for a VW Transporter, it has sailed through two MOTs and I have not encountered any serious mechanical or electrical issues which is testament to The Campervan Factory’s insistence on only sourcing the best vans with impeccable histories. I can also vouch for TCF’s aftercare. Last year I had a couple of extremely minor issues. The team fitted me in between other conversions and rectified the issues absolutely free of charge! Here’s to at least another two years of travels and adventures in my lovely Campervan! *Original review below - April 2022* Absolutely delighted with my campervan which I bought last month. There are professional conversion companies closer to home but I chose The Campervan Factory after reading the many positive reviews. And I’m pleased I did! Everyone I dealt with at The Campervan Factory was professional, friendly and helpful, from the initial enquiry to the collection of the vehicle. I have taken it out twice since buying it and it is just…perfect!

Recently took a van I sourced myself. It is a semi high top. They don't do many like that,however they were happy to take the job on. I have to say the guys did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the quality of the work and finish. The after care service is excellent too. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have just purchased a T6.1 Campervan, which I am very pleased with. The conversion only took about 4 weeks. As soon as I picked it up, I took it on its maiden journey into the Forest of Dean for the night, then down to the New Forest. The van performed perfectly. I would recommend The Campervan Factory very highly. Their customer service is exceptional and nothing is to much trouble. They all take great pride in what they do. I would like to thank Ash, Sam, Paul and Sandy for all their help. Paul even picked me up from the railway station!!

We spent months looking for the right campervan because so difficult to find the right specification, at the right price, with a company we felt we could trust. When we visited 'The campervan factory' we knew within a few minutes of viewing the van, we had found the right campervan for us. We agreed a few minor changes and Paul and Ash assured us it would be ready for collection a week later. Sandy was brilliant and re assuring when making payments during the following week and when we picked up the campervan, on the following Saturday, everything was ready for us. These guys showed me true kindness today ❤️. My van had a leak yesterday and after replying straight away to me by email, Paul said pop it in and they would sort it. So off I popped to Tewkesbury this morning and in half an hour they fixed it for me. Truly wonderful people, excellent service. We bought our van earlier this year and The Campervan Factory had done the conversion on it 5 years ago. With service like this, I will be back next year for a few little additions. Brilliant company to deal with! We bought our van about 20 months ago and have used it ALOT without issue - we even lived in it for 2 months! It’s well built with everything you need, using good quality parts and materials. We had a minor alignment issue on the roof so just had it repaired under warranty, without any quibbles and they every accommodating in booking it in. Would recommend to anyone looking for a camper.
