Fantastic service throughout the buying process of a 911. The sales exec, Stephen has been very helpful throughout the process, from enquiry to purchasing onto collection, even the after sales support has been superb. Of course you expect to get a high level of service from Porsche but I would say they have provided the best service I’ve experienced from a main dealer. I expect to return to them when replacing the vehicle.

Very quick to contact me for a sale but when I mentioned I’m interested in a test drive to purchase in the future, funnily enough no more emails! How am I meant to know what’s better for me if I can’t even drive one! Money grabbing at its finest.

What a disgrace! After arranging to take my Cayenne in for a recall due to a letter from Porsche in the post, I dropped off my Cayenne and was given a brand new electric Taycan as a courtesy car. Great you may say... except that when someone scratches it while it's parked next to your house because it's too big to fit on the drive, you're liable for £500! Not the dealerships fault, true but not having the parts on the shelf for the recall after it being booked a full four weeks previously.... IS! A complete waste of a day, £500 down the drain, less fuel in my car and not a hint of apology for this mess. If you own a Porsche, I'd go somewhere else.

It's funny how some places can't do enough for you whereas others seem to judge you. One young lady was very helpful and checked in with us shortly after we arrived (earning the 2 stars!). Another salesman was only concerned with getting us away from a car, apparently intended for a customer. I'm not sure he realised that customers visit showrooms to touch and experience the cars. If you don't want visitors doing that, avoid awkward experiences by locking the car and maybe adding a sign (or two). As a result, order has been placed elsewhere.

Excellent service regarding a possible purchase of a Taycan. Sadly, the car didn't tick all my boxes, but the salesman understood my issue and endeavoured to keep an eye for a suitable car. Would be happy to deal with them in the future

Excellent dealership and made to feel very welcome right from walking in to reception to looking around. Wasn’t buying on this occasion but somewhere I’d look to go back to when I’m in the position to purchase.

Can't thank Sam (sales) enough for his patience and his team for keeping us supplied with refreshments while purchasing our vehicle. Choosing spec is never easy, and yes we did change our mind a few times along the way, but we were never felt to be made an inconvenience or rushed. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Went today for a browse at the cars the team were friendly kind and helped with everything will be going again for sure even allow you to sit in any cars you like worth the visit weather buying or dreaming of owning one day (like me)
